DATA PROTECTION INFORMATIVE NOTE

Approval of Personal Information Processing – Please read.

Informative Note under art. 13 Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 “Code for the Protection of Personal Information”

Preamble

With reference to the regulations outlined by the legislative decree 30 June 2003 no. 196, “Code for the Protection of Personal Information”, and subsequent modifications and integrations, hereinafter is the information regarding the use by Siim Metsla of the Information acquired in relation to past or future professional relationships with the Concerned.

Concerned

The Concerned is the owner of the Information object of the present informative note.

Information

The Information is all data of private and personal nature of the Concerned.

Source of Personal Information

The Information is collected directly from the Concerned. All the collected Information is treated with the due discretion, in abidance of the laws, applicable dispositions and regulations, including those of a deontological nature.

Processing Aim

The collection or the processing of personal Information has the aim to permit fulfilment of the activities of Siim Metsla, also in reference to the legal obligations in matters of anti-money-laundering. The Information can be used to communicate with the Concerned with regard to the requested legal services as well as the execution of said legal services.

Processing Terms

The processing of personal information is carried out through manual and technological means as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of said information in respect to the cited decree.

Nature of Collection

The contribution of Information by the Concerned is of a facultative nature. However, given the peculiarity of the activity carried out by Siim Metsla, it is indispensable to supply the requested personal Information. Refusal to supply said Information will jeopardize Siim Metsla’s services with respect to the Concerned.

Communication

The Information will be communicated and managed by assistants and representatives or proxies of Siim Metsla services.

Rights of the Concerned

The Concerned has the right to refer to the Privacy Service of the processing owner in order to verify his/her own information and have it integrated, updated or rectified and/or in order to exercise the other rights set out in art. 7 of the Code, quoted herein.

Owner and Processing Responsible

Siim Metsla owner of and responsible for Information processing, through the person of Siim Metsla, domiciled for this appointment at Siim Metsla, Via E. Villoresi, 49 – 20011 Corbetta (MI), Italy.

Art. 7 legislative decree no. 196/03 (Right of access to personal information and other rights)

  1. The Concerned has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of personal information concerning him/her, even if said information is not yet registered, and its communication in intelligible form.
  2. The Concerned has the right to obtain the specification:
    a) of the origin of the personal information; b) of the aims and modalities of the processing; c) of the logic applied in case of processing executed with the help of electronic means; d) of the identifying details of the owner, of those responsible and of the representative appointed under article 5, paragraph 2; e) of the subjects or of the categories of subjects to whom personal information can be communicated or who can become acquainted with it in the capacity of representative appointed in the territory of the State, of those responsible or designated.
  3. The Concerned has the right to obtain:
    a) the update, rectification or, when he/she has an interest in it, the integration of the data; b) the cancellation, transformation in anonymous form or the ban of information processed in violation of law, including that of which the conservation is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the information was collected or subsequently processed; c) the declaration that the transactions under letters a) and b) have been reported, also with regard to their content, to those whom the information has been communicated or dispersed, except the case in which such execution proves itself impossible or implies a recourse to means overtly disproportionate compared with the protected right.
  4. The Concerned has the right to oppose, wholly or partially:
    a) for legitimate reasons the processing of the personal information relating to him/her, although pertinent to the collection purpose; b) to the processing of personal information relating to him/her for sending advertising material or direct marketing or for the execution of market research or commercial communication.
