Just bring
1. Filled & printed out (also black and white) Codice Fiscale application form with signature like in your passport
2. Your valid passport (or valid ID if EU & Schengen Country)
3. A copy of your Your valid passport (or valid ID if EU & Schengen Country)
P.S.: AS AN ALTERNATIVE: If not in Italy yet, you can try to contact Italian Embassy in your home country via email or calling to get helot to get your Fiscal Code with their help before coming to Italy.
